Second Eco-Innovators Video - Green Island Getaway
I'm pleased to introduce the second Eco-Innovators video, Green Island Getaway, by Halifax filmmaker Kevin Moynihan, featuring Travis and Alan Burland.
There are great ways to vacation within our own region, and this is one
of them. The project also shows that small, low energy living is a
beautiful thing. Please share this, my friends.

I'm a sucker for documentaries, but this is really good. The scenery is gorgeous. The house looks really cool inside and out. Most important, the concept looks very attractive as laid out here--local materials, eco-friendly, a wise use of space (and 500 sq ft is, IMHO, more than people realize at times--as a former New Yorker, I've certainly lived in much tighter spaces.)
Good to hear about the e-book edition of Drive-By Saviours. I really plan on picking up a copy and finally reading it. I've got some other things on my reading list at the moment, but I think I'll be doing some plugs for you and other literary cyberpals come next spring.

Thanks, X. It's true, by much of the world's standards these cottages probably look enormous.
Thanks for your interest in the novel, hope you enjoy it. And of course plugs are also graciously appreciated.
